An 8-week programme for women in Thanet struggling with severe cycle-related mood symptoms

What the programme offers

  • 8 weekly group sessions covering PMDD education, emotional regulation and cycle tracking

  • One individual 1:1 wellbeing check-in per participant

  • Peer connection with others who truly understand what you're going through

  • Practical tools to manage your symptoms and navigate the healthcare system

  • A safe, non-clinical, lived-experience-led space

 

Who is it for?

This programme is for women and menstruating people aged 18+ in Thanet who experience severe mood symptoms before their period — whether or not you have a formal PMDD diagnosis. You do not need a GP referral to join. You can self-refer by signing up below, or you may be referred by your GP, social prescriber or another health professional.

How to join

We run four cohorts per year with up to 8 participants each. Places are limited. To register your interest or find out when the next cohort starts, please fill out the referral form below.

This programme is funded by SEK (Social Enterprise Kent) and Thanet District Council's Health Innovation Fund.
