Monthly PMDD Support Group

Do you feel like a completely different person in the week before your period?
Rage, despair, wanting to disappear — and then your period arrives and you feel fine. Sound familiar?
If your mental health gets significantly worse before your period every single month, this is for you.

Our PMDD Monthly Support Group is a free, regular community space for women and menstruating people in Thanet who are living with PMDD or suspect they might have it.

When and Where?
We meet once a month in Thanet for peer support, shared experience and a space where you don't have to explain yourself. Facilitated but peer-led — this is your space for connection, not a clinical appointment.

Starting May 2026 — sign up below to be notified of the first session.

Workshop topics include:
-
Understanding PMDD and getting a diagnosis
-
Talking to your GP — what to say and how to advocate for yourself
-
PMDD and relationships
-
Managing the luteal phase — practical tools and strategies
-
PMDD and the workplace
-
Building your support network

Who is this for?
Anyone in Thanet aged 18+ who menstruates and experiences severe mood symptoms before their period. No diagnosis needed, no referral needed. Just come as you are.
